The first yoga collaboration with WalkForLife; Along with various cancer survivors, we replaced a weekly trekking activity into an inhale, exhale yoga session. Led by Yoga Instructor, Jasmine Yeo, she'll be introducing yoga to these cancer survivors, allowing one to pick up mindfulness practices.
What to bring:
- Your own water bottle
- An open mind
- Please come at least 15 minutes before class.
- Please be dressed comfortably in attire that allows for stretching and movement.
- Mats are provided.
